I like to discuss what kind of style/theme you like before beginning work! You're welcome to send inspiration images - real life or in game. I won't copy someone elses build but I will take inspiration from it! More detail = more space or even entire floors needing to be blocked off.I design in MakePlace and will send pictures of the builds as I work to get your feedback and make sure you like it! ^^I will use all slots so let me know if you need room for things like NPCs before hand.When the design is finished I will either send you the MakePlace files or I will come set it up for you in game.---After Setup
Once I've set up the build, I will take pictures for my portfolio and leave my credit in the Guestbook.Afterwards, you're free to move things around or change colours as you wish - if something gets broken and you need help fixing it just let me know and I'll try to come look ^^---Gil Pricing

Gil trading must be done on EU datacenters, as I'm on Light.Once the design is finished the gil should be traded to me in full.If you want to collect and dye all the furnishings yourself then a furnishing fee won't be needed.Apartments and private chambers designs will need to be set up yourself using MakePlace.---

Terms of Service
You need to be familiar with MakePlace and Dalamud if you want a private apartment/FC chamber design or wish to set up a design yourself.
Leftover Furnishing fees will be returned to you once the job is completed.
Special items (such as those from the Doman Enclave) must be provided by you
If your world is congested and I don't have an alt there I won't be able to accept your housing commission.
More detail means more areas/floors needing to be blocked off so
Please do not change/move items before I have been able to take photos
Similarly, please try not to enter the build while I am working
I reserve the right to withdraw myself from any commission if neccessary.
