NOTE: The furnishing fee is an estimate which is subject to change.
If you want an apartment design you will have to purchase the furnishings and import the design.
Process
I build my designs outside of the game first to make sure no Gil is wasted!
While working on a design, I like to send lots of in-progress pictures to get your feedback and opinion!
I am happy to try my best to create your vision, and will let you know if something can't be done.
Once the design is finished, and you are happy with it, I will take the payment - working fee and furnishing fee (if applicable).
At this point I can also work out a closer estimate on the furnishing fees.
I will then work on recreating the design for you in-game!Estimated working time will vary depending on the size and design complexity.
Terms of Service
I will do single or multi floor builds. Please keep in mind that a multi floor design will be much less complex, and certain features will be impossible.
I can take inspiration from other designers if you have something in mind but I will not copy their designs/builds.
If you'd like to craft or buy items for yourself, please let me know and I will send you a list of everything required.
Untradable items (e.g. Doman Enclave, PvP, Allied Society...) must be provided for by you. The only exception is Doman Enclave if you are on Raiden!
